I am a licensed, highly experienced pre and post natal personal trainer  with 100's of babies born to clients.  I have both the qualifications & years behind me to know that I offer high quality, safe and sound and of course effective training routines during this important time in your life. 

My plans and training sessions are specifically designed to take into account the many different physiological changes taking place at each trimester and the first few months onwards post birth.
