Managing Your Physical Health Through Fitness

GP referrals - Exercise benefits many health related issues, and your GP may offer you access to a local authority scheme which runs weekly group sessions with a specialist trained exercise professional.  

If you would prefer training on a 1-to-1 basis, I am qualified to run prescriptive exercise sessions for the health problems listed below.

  • Diabetes 1&2

  • Obesity

  • High Blood Pressure

  • Arthritis 

  • Hypercholesterolemia

  • COPD / Asthma

  • Multiple Sclerosis

  • Cystic Fibrosis

  • Depression & Anxiety

  • Sciatica and low back pain

If you would like to discuss your experience of any of these conditions, in total confidentiality, then please pick up the phone and lets chat further about how exercise might benefit you.  

Your sessions will then be tailor made for your specific symptoms, taking into consideration any medication you are on or exercise limitations you may have been given by your GP and I will explain the theory in detail as we go along.  This may all sound a bit serious, but we will have lots of fun in our sessions too!

Sessions are costed as per my personal training sessions.
