As a beginner, start with light weights and focus on proper form. Gradually increase intensity and seek guidance from someone to ensure safety and effectiveness. In particular, employ an experienced personal trainer who is a similar age to you and someone who understands what it is like to be in your position as a newbie! Someone you can talk freely to and have a laugh and relax with. Try me! Im all of those things 😆
Absolutely! My programs are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, including beginners. I am particularly experienced at getting people up and running whether that be actual running or going to the gym to lift weights. Whatever we will do it slowly, safely and keep you inside your comfort zone until you are ready to push beyond it.
Absolutely! I am licensed to train clients with all sorts of chronic health conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, COPD, Osteoarthritis, Parkinson's Disease, rheumatoid arthritis and more. Let's chat and also make sure your GP is happy with you taking exercise.

I specialise in training women aged 50 and above but I do also work with men and women who are younger. I also have a large number of clients who are in their late 70s and 80s.
Yes, while my primary focus is on women's health, I also offer fitness programs tailored for men, especially those in their later years.
In essence my comprehensive onboarding process should enable you to know whether you want to work with me or not. If you have paid for a set of 10 sessions but feel after the first one or two that I am not the trainer for you, I will absolutely reimburse you for the sessions you have not taken.
Yes, I can offer group training sessions however you will need to approach me as a group of 2+ women. I do not run groups of women that do not know each other.
I have a comprehensive onboarding process which involves filling in a detailed questionnaire, having a pre arranged zoom or phone call and in some instances involves a visit to your home.
