Rather not train in a gym environment? Unsure how to use equipment?

My 10 week Strength Training programme offers a bespoke package focused on your specific body type & goals. We will focus on building muscle and strength in your arms, back, shoulders, legs, bottom & your deep core & pelvic floor. You will build strength to lift the children, carry the shopping, pick up the daily clutter, clean the house & throw a ball for the dog, repeatedly! You will find you stand up straighter & feel taller with a new found energy to go about your daily life!
You will learn how to squat, lunge, do press ups, & planks, use dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, bands and balls to build that muscle mass and get strong! You will also elevate your heart rate as an added benefit.
And whilst this is not a HiiT aerobics session, you will still walk away feeling you have had a hard work out, whilst I make sure you always use perfect technique & don't bite off more than you can chew!
And as a result of all this increased muscle mass & its density, you may lose some weight, increase bone density, improve your heart pump efficiency, reduce your resting blood pressure, improve blood flow, prevent muscle loss particularly from peri-Menopause onwards, help control your blood sugar, improve cholesterol levels, & over time it will improve your balance, coordination & posture! What's not to love!
