Getting fit together is a hugely motivating way for you to train, as well as cost efficient. Sessions are challenging and competitive, incorporating resistance training and cardio all wrapped up into 60 minutes of fun.  Importantly, every session is tailored to work for each person's individual fitness levels, and each and every one of you will get bucket loads of individual coaching and motivation.   


Outdoor sessions can take place in your garden or in a local park space.  Dogs are welcome and "catch up" chatting is actively encouraged.

If you are interested in training with a few friends,  please get in touch to discuss.  I will spend time with each one of you before our first session, learning about your exercise history, understanding what you each want to achieve and making sure I understand about any aches or breaks you may have so I can adjust the sessions for  you accordingly.  

Maximum number of 5 in a group.  Mixed ages and sexes very welcome.  

Pre and Post Natal Group Session Prices to be Negotiated on an Individual Basis

Minimum 24 hour cancellation for deferment. 

  • 6 session block = £70 / session = £420
  • 10 session block = £65 / session = £650 
  • Zoom sessions discounted by 15% to account for no equipment
  • Full Block Price Payable in advance
